  • None at all. These practices are simple, guided, and accessible for everyone.

    The goal of everything we teach and guide here at RYS is about becoming aware of and learning to be present with everything that comes up.

    When we can become curious and explore, real shifts happen. When we judge, or resist, our discomfort persists.

    Safety is the key to deep transformation.

  • Many people notice shifts right away — others notice them as they move through their day. Even subtle changes can open the door for bigger transformation.

  • No. These are emotional clearing–aligned practices that are complimentary to traditional forms of therapy to support your nervous system, emotional health, and self-awareness.

  • You can listen from any device.

    Each day’s email includes a private link to your audio, and it will open easily on your phone, laptop, or tablet.

    Most people prefer using headphones for a more immersive experience, but it’s completely up to you.
