Emotional Clearing is a gentle, guided process that helps you release the emotional and energetic weight stored in your body. Using muscle testing and meridian points (the same energy pathways used in acupuncture), your practitioner identifies and clears emotions that are creating tension, stress, or patterns in your life.
Each session helps you reconnect with your natural state of balance — physically, mentally, and emotionally — so you can move through life with greater ease and self-trust.

During your session, your practitioner uses muscle testing to identify where certain emotions or patterns are being held in the body. You’ll then be guided to gently stimulate specific acupressure points (either by touch or visualization) to clear these emotional blockages.

Each session begins with an intention — something you’d like to shift, heal, or bring into balance.
Your practitioner will muscle test on your behalf to identify which emotions are ready to be released. Together, you’ll explore your relationship to that emotion in connection with your intention, and then be guided to clear it through breath, visualization, and gentle acupressure or neurolymphatic reflex point massage.
You’ll be supported every step of the way as your body finds its way back to balance.
