Frequently Asked Questions

  • Once we receive your form, our team will review your submission and send you a follow-up email within 2–4 business days. This email will include a link to complete a short questionnaire and book your free 45-minute Spiral Discovery Call.

  • This call is a no-pressure space to connect, get to know one another, and explore if The Spiral is the right fit for your journey. Laura will ask you a few deeper questions based on your form, and you’re welcome to ask anything that’s on your heart. The Spiral is a powerful process, and this call helps ensure it feels aligned for both of us.

  • If you’re feeling clear and ready after your discovery call, we’ll guide you through the next steps. This includes matching you with a practitioner (Laura, Kylannah, or June), completing your intake form, reviewing and signing your coaching agreement, and choosing your payment option.
    You can choose to:
    – Pay in full and receive a 10% discount
    – Or place a $1000 deposit and begin a 3 or 6-month payment plan

  • If you're feeling called to the group experience, you'll be invited to place a $1000 deposit to join our waitlist. Once we have a full group, we’ll reach out to coordinate the day and time that works best for everyone. At that point, we’ll guide you through the intake process, agreements, and payment options (full payment with a 10% discount or a 3 or 6 month plan).
