OUR STORYBefore This, I Was a Paramedic
I had built a life that looked right from the outside, and I still didn't know who I was underneath it.
For years, I showed up as the version of myself other people needed: capable, steady, the one who handled things. That was true at work, and it was true everywhere else. I was good at building a life that looked right from the outside.
Then, in my mid-twenties, a six-year relationship ended, and the identity I'd been carrying came apart with it. I didn't know what I actually believed, or who I was when I wasn't performing a role someone else had come to expect. That was my own identity crisis, the part where you stop fitting, even before you know who's next.
What came after wasn't a straight line. It was slow, honest, uncomfortable self-exploration: learning to feel safe in my own body again, testing choices that actually felt mine, and finding my way back to a version of myself I recognized. That journey is what became Reignite Your Soul.
I built the space I wish someone had held for me: somewhere body-based, unhurried, and honest about the fact that this isn't therapy and it isn't a program built to fix you. It's a place to do this work alongside people trained to hold you steady through all three phases, a commitment to whatever other support you already have.

Our Mission
To walk alongside people through the parts of transformation nobody plans for: the letting go, the uncertain in-between, and the slow return to a life that finally feels like their own. We do this through gentle, body-based guidance, offered by practitioners who have lived this work themselves, never rushed, and never in place of whatever other support someone already has.

A world where coming home to yourself isn't something people find only after everything falls apart, but a path more people feel supported enough to choose, held by community, and free of the pressure to have it all figured out.
