The spiral A Twelve-Session Journey
Back to Yourself
A structured, guided process built around seven levels of transformation, delivered privately or in a small group by a practitioner matched to you.
“What feels stuck usually isn’t a discipline problem. It’s emotion that never finished moving through you, and The Spiral gives it somewhere to go.”
The FrameworkWhat Is The Spiral?
The Spiral is a twelve-session journey, delivered one-on-one or in a small group, that moves you through seven levels of transformation: Deserving, Creativity, Power, Openness, Expression, Vision, and Purpose. Each level uses the same gentle muscle-testing process as Emotional Clearing to help release what’s been stored from that layer of your life, then tests and integrates what’s ready to take its place.
Think of it like climbing a spiral staircase inside your own house. Each level brings you back around to a familiar theme (worth, power, love, purpose), but a little higher up, with a little more room to see clearly. You’re not necessarily becoming something new, you’re coming home to your true essence. It’s a natural progression of human consciousness allowing you to experience life in a new way.
-
People ready to commit to a full season of change, not a single session. This work asks you to be self-responsible, open to going deep, and willing to do the reflection between sessions as well as the work within them.
-
Twelve 90 - 120 minute sessions with a trained practitioner. Text support between sessions (24–48 hour response window, not intended for crisis support) and six months of complimentary access to the Soul Alignment Circle, so you have somewhere steady to land between levels.
-
The Spiral is a complementary coaching process, not a substitute for trauma therapy or the care of a licensed psychologist. A short fit conversation is part of every Discovery Call.
The Seven LevelsSeven Levels, One Journey Home
Each level meets a different layer of what’s been stored, moving gently from the ground up.
-
Releasing old shame and guilt so a steady sense of self-worth has room to grow.
-
Releasing the fear and grief that’s kept you stuck, so follow-through comes easier.
-
Releasing old anger and people-pleasing, and building honest self-confidence.
-
Releasing old heartbreak and self-judgment, so love, starting with your own, can move more freely.
-
Releasing anxiety around being seen, so you can speak and show up as yourself.
-
Releasing self-doubt, so clarity and trust in your own read on things can settle in.
-
Aligning with a steadier sense of peace, joy, and what you’re actually here to do.
