Release: Gentle Hatha (45 Minutes)
Release is a weekly gentle Hatha-style class a part of our New Soul Alignment Circle Community Space. It’s designed to help you unwind tension held in the body and nervous system. Through slow, mindful movement, accessible postures, and intentional breathing, this practice supports letting go of what’s been carried physically, mentally, or emotionally.
This class prioritizes ease over effort and offers space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body in a supportive way. You’re welcome to move gently, pause often, or rest whenever you need.
