Performance: Gentle Hatha / Slow Flow

Performance is a gentle Hatha and slow-flow style class designed to support strength, mobility, and embodied presence without overwhelm. Movements are intentional and steady, blending easeful transitions with moments of pause to help you feel grounded, capable, and supported in your body.

This class offers a balanced approach to movement, supporting both nervous system regulation and functional strength. It’s ideal if you’re looking for mindful movement that feels sustainable, supportive, and connected.

What to Have for Class

  • A comfortable space to move

  • A yoga mat, blanket, or cushion (optional)

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Water, herbal tea or something relaxing before bed
