This 60-minute Morning Hatha Flow is a grounding and gentle sequence designed to help you ease into your body and into your day. It’s a beautiful way to stretch, strengthen, and reconnect with yourself, especially if you’re feeling a little tight, heavy, or mentally scattered.
You’ll move through breath-led postures at a pace that allows you to listen inward and meet your body where it’s at.
