A traditional style that focuses on steady, intentional movement and breath awareness. Hatha helps build strength, balance, and inner focus while supporting a gentle rebalancing of the nervous system.Yin Yang Yoga
A balanced combination of both passive (Yin) and active (Yang) postures. This class begins with slow movement to warm the body and ends with deep holds to soften and integrate. It’s perfect for those seeking both energy and rest.To deepen the experience, some classes include acupressure points, neurolymphatic reflex techniques, or Reiki energy healing to help you release stagnant energy and restore harmony from within.
We also blend hiking into our classes where you will trek to and from the location of the class. You’ll have time for community connection as well as enjoying shared snackies that the group brings!
